Payment Options
All our prices are in Singapore Dollars.
We accept payments via DBS bank transfer, Paynow, credit cards, Paypal, and Grabpay.
Artwork
We will start working on producing your items the minute you place your order and make payment.
We will email the artwork for you to vet AFTER we receive payment, within 2 working days for normal period. If you place your order on a Monday, you usually will receive artwork by Wednesday, provided there are no public holidays in between. If you place your order on a Saturday, you usually will receive artwork by Wednesday, as Saturday and Sunday are non working days.
Upon your approval, we will proceed to print.

When do we ship out our products?
Waterproof Labels/ Notebooks
Label orders will be mailed within a week of artwork confirmation..
Rompers/ Tees/ Iron On Labels/ Pencil Cases/ Cake Topper/ Cups/ Bears/ Bag Tags/ Chops/ Car Signs
Iron on labels and clothing orders (white rompers, kid tees and unisex adult tees) are usually mailed out one to one and a half weeks after artwork confirmation date.Colored tees require 2 weeks lead time. The rest of the items require 2 weeks.
Blankets/ Bibs/ Plush
These items are usually mailed out 3 weeks after payment.
Within Singapore
We use Singpost normal mail, Singpost Registered mail and local courier service for your orders. Kindly choose the shipping option when you check out. Singpost takes around 1 to 4 working days to deliver the package to you after we mail out.
You don't like the feeling of losing mails. Neither do we.
But as normal mail is not trackable, Label of Love Studio is NOT liable for lost mails that are mailed through Singpost normal mail. Do opt for registered mail or courier service for a peace of mind. :)
Self Collection
Current self collection locations are at Pioneer and Compassvale Walk (Seng Kang). As we are practising contactless pickup, packages will be left in the electric riser box and pick up will be at your convenient timing.
All Other Countries
FLAT RATE $8 shipping to all countries outside Singapore! Yup, regardless of the size of your order!
We mail out via Singpost registered mail. It usually takes between 5 to 14 working days to reach international customers.
